Dream import service

Longtime dreamers who want to transfer their old dreams to Alchera, can request to have this done for them. Here are the main conditions: A minimum of 50 dreams is required. The dreams need to be in some common kind of computer file format. Word or WordPerfect documents will do, other formats are open to discussion. The dreams need to be consistently formatted. All dreams are expected to have a date and a dream description. Either all dreams have a title, or none of them do. If dreams are titled, either all dreams use the order of date, title, description, or all dreams use the alternative order of title, date, description. Multiple dreams per document are no problem, provided that there are unique markers separating different dreams in the document. Examples of such markers are an additional line break, or lines consisting of dashes. Currently, style formatting like italic, bold, underline, or special fonts, will not survive the import process. This again is open to discussion; if enough customers say they want this, support for style formatting could at some point be added to the import service. For more details, please email Harry Bosma. Importing dreams is done for a fixed price of USA $ 25 per dreamer. Quality checking of the import process is limited to a sample of hundred dreams only, which should be enough to test whether the input documents are properly formatted. Other than that, there is no a priori maximum to the number of dreams to be imported.
